After two years of not being able to plan the traditional trip, on March 5 Phi Kappa Chi will be returning to Tennessee for its mission trip.
With spring break on the horizon, the first week of March is looking to be a big travel year for students. Now, Baylor students are sharing their thoughts on the safety of travel during spring break.
“We really want to help Baylor students develop their sense of what they can do in this world,” Codie Robinson said. “Part of that is helping those around them, their neighbors near and far.”

The Global Friendship Program is a program that aims to connect international students who are new to Baylor and the country and to accommodate them into the new environment by pairing them up with local student partners or host families, according to its website.
Baylor announced Thursday that Dr. Jon Singletary, dean of the Diana R. Garland School of Social Work, will step down effective October 15. According to Provost Nancy Brickhouse, Singletary plans to return to the faculty to “focus on interdisciplinary research.”
