Parking Services confirmed the overselling of permits to Lot 30 on 7th Street and James Ave., but is taking steps to minimize fallout from the error.
Director of Parking and Transportation Services Matt Penney said that the new system glitched while distributing permits, causing the oversell.
“We have two different types of people,” Storer said. “We have people who have never surfed before but want to get better at surfing, and then those who have surfed before and want to just keep doing it.”
“I don’t think churches were as healthy as they are now,” Wallace said. “There are more churches that are healthier right now in Waco than I think ever before.”
