The Book Arts and Letterpress Lab hosts Baylor Zine Club meetings on the first Tuesday of every month for students wanting to make something both informative and unique.

“We take for granted the stability we have,” Ashley said. “CASA gives kids a constant figure in their lives when everything else is changing.”

“In the BSU, I think our job is to show incoming freshmen and existing students that they have a place here on campus, and it doesn’t necessarily have to feel uncomfortable,” Emanuel said. “Our place on campus is to promote unity and friendship.”

There are few things more offensive to modern culture than a Christian’s commitment to objective truth as revealed by God in the Bible.
The Bible is powerful. Saints have been slain and wars have been waged over its contents. The Bible itself describes the word of God as “living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword” (Hebrews 4:12). So why do we treat it like a textbook?
The holiday season is one of the most popular times to travel during the year. Some people try to see family who live out of town, while others are looking to watch the ball drop in Times Square on New Year’s Eve. I believe the best thing to do during the holiday season is relax and enjoy the festivities in the comfort of my own home.
Yes, it is relieving to relax and turn your brain off, but don’t forget you’re a guest wherever you’re staying — even if it’s home. Leaving for holiday breaks, you may be excited not to worry about a sink full of dishes or which roommate is going to take the trash out. That being said, be prepared to pitch in and help where possible.
