With COVID-19 restrictions easing after approximately two years, incoming freshmen got to experience Baylor Line Camp and Welcome Week in person, unlike many current upperclassmen.

Headed Home, a third-party safety resource for students, has come to Baylor this fall with the goal of fostering community while helping students arrive safely to their destinations.

Lady has reportedly been holding up well after her sister and fellow mascot, Joy, died on July 18. She has been going about her daily enrichments without any discomfort, staying strong after losing her companion of 20 years.

After the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced its new COVID-19 guidelines, Baylor has updated its recommendations for students, staff and faculty who may have tested positive or been exposed to the virus.

Prism, an LGBTQ+ and allies student organization, is focusing its efforts on “continuous learning for the Baylor community, giving voice for LGBTQ+ students to the administration and creating opportunities for all students to access resources through connection, belonging and education.”
