The Baylor Police Department is currently investigating five scooter thefts that took place on and around campus in the last month. The thefts took place between Feb. 27 and March 23, and assistant chief of BUPD Don Rodman said that among these five thefts, there have been few commonalities or linking traits.

The tradition of fraternity sweethearts and little sisses has been passed down for decades, as many women have served in the role and still do today at Baylor. From baking cookies to serving as homecoming queen nominees, they do so much to serve and represent their fraternities well, and the love and care fraternities show them can last a lifetime.

All Are Neighbors, held in the Cashion Academic Center, drew 270 ticketed attendees, totaling 352 people, including VIP guests and speakers, nearly filling all available seats. The event was created in response to TPUSA’s presence on campus, but speakers and organizers consistently emphasized that the gathering was not merely reactive. Instead, it functioned as a faith-centered call to action, rooted in Christian teaching and expressed through civic engagement.

It has become a trend to magnify the flaws and past mistakes of this nation, to hate this country because of what it once was (as if we have stayed stagnant or have even regressed back in time) and disregard the blessings, freedom and progression we have gained since this country’s birth.

It’s more important than ever to block out at least an hour in the evening to be away from your phone and laptop, and take the time to detox by whipping out a physical book right before you hit the sack.
