The message highlighted that severe weather in Central Texas can escalate quickly, making early preparation essential.
When a scooter is reported stolen, officers enter its information into state and national databases. If another agency, such as the Waco Police Department, recovers the device and runs the serial number, it will appear as stolen and can be returned to the owner.
Students can complete more than 120 credit hours and still feel unprepared to navigate a professional setting. Writing a clear business email and participating in workplace meetings are skills often learned outside a college’s coursework.
President Linda Livingstone addressed faculty and staff in a campus-wide message detailing the financial review and the adjustments that were made. According to Livingstone, colleges all over the country are having a hard time right now because fewer students are enrolling, prices are going up and new rules are being made.
The come-and-go event offered free food and boba tea while students rotated between activity tables decorated in Spring Festival elements. Students participated in traditional games and learned about the meaning behind Lunar New Year customs and symbols.
When forecasts indicate possible weather threats, emergency management increases monitoring efforts. Baylor works closely with the National Weather Service and several other weather companies.
