Last week, Gov. Greg Abbott and Texas Republicans passed Senate Bill 14, also known as the Texas DOGE bill, into law. “It’s intense because the practice of law can be intense,” Fraley said. “We have judges all over the state tell us, ‘We know the minute a Baylor lawyer walks into our courtroom, they are prepared. They know their case, they know the law. They show proper respect.’”
