This song highlights how social media can distort trust and create insecurities in relationships — emphasizing the role that digital interactions play in shaping modern romantic dynamics.

I’m not going to lie — I walked into the Waco Cinemark with expectations for this movie that weren’t exactly positive. Based on comments from friends and on social media about themes of supposed glorification of domestic violence in the film and simply knowing Colleen Hoover’s reputation for raunchy romances, I wasn’t expecting “It Ends With Us” to be my cup of tea — and it really wasn’t.

Over the past five to 10 years, I have witnessed a phenomenon: anime, the treasure I used to hold so dear to me, is beginning to spread nationwide. I have a fear that once it becomes mainstream in America, the quality of anime will decrease due to us forcing our societal norms onto the shows.

As college students, there is pressure to base your future on the career of your choice. While it may sound cliche, a more fulfilling way to navigate the next phase of life is by establishing and maintaining strong relationships.

It’s the beginning of a potential blossoming relationship, and all you feel are butterflies. This could be it. This could be the one. He seems perfect on paper, and the chemistry is undeniable … but you two greatly differ when it comes to your interests, hobbies, future goals and, most importantly, individual value systems. It’s so common to force compatibility despite those contrasting elements and to pursue a relationship anyway, but don’t sacrifice key pieces of yourself just to be perceived as a suitable partner.

If I established a friendship with you in which our dynamic was supporting each other, spending time together and talking all the time — and it was completely platonic — but you get into a relationship, why is it that suddenly the dynamic has to change because you have a partner who doesn’t understand it?
