Greek Week, which begins Tuesday, is designed to bring sororities and fraternities on campus together for three nights of fun, service and worship.
Austin Hayes, coordinator of Greek life for fraternities, said the point of events is to bring the diverse Greek organizations together.
Fraternities on campus are already in the midst of Rush for the 2013-2014 school year as the groups broadcast their Greek letters through t-shirts and fliers.
College sophomores and upperclassmen can participate in the Interfraternity Council’s (IFC) Rush process during the fall semester. Fraternity Rush lasts two weeks at the beginning of both the fall and the spring semesters.
Sigma Phi Epsilon and the Interfraternity Council will present a softball tournament for members of Baylor sororities and fraternities next weekend to support Sigma Phi Epsilon’s local philanthropy, Fisher House.
Pledges have earned their fraternity letters, but Saturday they will band together as brothers in an attempt to earn their championship trophy.
