The bill, which is the largest that student government has passed this academic year, aims to set into motion a renovation that provides students with updated study spaces featuring new furniture, redone carpet and repainted walls, which will be completed over the summer ahead of the Fall 2025 semester.

Business students piled into a conference room at 4 p.m. Wednesday in the Paul L. Foster Campus for Business and Innovation to begin taking their first steps toward studying abroad. Representatives from the McBride Center of International Business joined with faculty members to present the business programs available to Baylor students in various countries during the 2025-2026 school year, including summer 2025 programs of various lengths.

If you’ve driven through any populated area of Waco, you’ve probably seen Cade Kegerreis’ murals. From Union Hall and the Dr Pepper Museum to the Texas Sports Hall Of Fame, his work has earned him the title of “Waco muralist.”

“You may be looking at your notes and just reading them over and over and over, and that is not the most effective way to study,” said Baum. “That’s where I come in and show them when to study and how to study effectively so hopefully they don’t lose their mind.”
