“I think we’ve really leaned into some of those things that have always been important to Baylor and we’re really seeing it pay off in the number of applications that we’re getting and… the quality of students that are coming to Baylor,” President Linda Livingstone said.

“Without the $100 million over the next year because of the endowment, every student would have to pay an additional $6,700 in their tuition,” Morehead said. “That is why the endowment is such an important funding system for the school.”

Baylor University is gearing up for a new semester, welcoming many students back and introducing freshmen to their new home away from home. A Baylor professor and upperclassman have three tips to ensure that students succeed this fall.

Provost Nancy Brickhouse created a new committee to address artificial intelligence at the July Board of Regents meeting. The committee will confront common questions and confusion that faculty, staff and students have regarding the use of AI.

All Are Neighbors, held in the Cashion Academic Center, drew 270 ticketed attendees, totaling 352 people, including VIP guests and speakers, nearly filling all available seats. The event was created in response to TPUSA’s presence on campus, but speakers and organizers consistently emphasized that the gathering was not merely reactive. Instead, it functioned as a faith-centered call to action, rooted in Christian teaching and expressed through civic engagement.

All that I have seen these bears do is walk in circles or pace back and forth. The bears, as far as I have seen, exhibit behaviors contradictory to how they are described as being in the wild.

TikTok has become a space for creators to express themselves creatively and dive into their passions headfirst, with strangers from across the globe cheering them on. Being a part of a creator’s journey to success, or finding an account that shares a passion or hobby with you is unbeatable and is definitely not confined to one cookie-cutter type of person.
