At the end of the day, it really is just hair, and it really will grow back, so why not go for it?

Allowing the statue to stand in the heart of campus diminishes the value of Baylor’s efforts to create a more diverse and inclusive campus.
I’m no sports fan, but Pelé inspired me to never compromise. From ginga to jogo bonito, the soccer star made his mark, without losing his roots.
While I cannot speak to Baylor’s historic reasoning for maintaining compulsory chapel, as director for chapel, I can tell you how we seek to exercise its value to Baylor students and our community.
Our time on campus is finite, and I believe that by visiting and appreciating our museums, we can thoroughly enrich our experiences at Baylor on a personal level.
