We all start the year with good intentions, but by mid-February, most of those resolutions are long forgotten. The real question isn’t whether you set goals, it’s whether you’ve built the habits that make them stick.

March of Dimes is bringing students together on campus to raise awareness and support for maternal and infant health one step at a time through Valentine’s crafts delivered to the NICU.
“In a way, it’s not a typical service where you have a straightforward worship leader and somebody guiding the entire service,” Wylie sophomore Aaron Cash said. “We do have structure to kind of just keep us going, but really it’s a space for people to come and worship together and to bring their own songs.”
It’s so easy to blame the phone, but the truth is, the phone isn’t forcing us to do anything. It’s our own habits that are out of control. Technology is neutral; it becomes what we make of it.
Once the high-cost event took off, seven student performances commenced, broken up by giveaways and raffles in between. The second half of the show was a premiere screening of “The Celebration of Everlasting Color,” a student-produced feature film written by 2025 Baylor graduate Aaron Rivera.

Born in Monterrey, Mexico, Fashion designer Roxana Robles discovered her passion for sewing at a young age. Inspired by her daughter, she founded Dream Couture, a business that’s helped 17 girls live out their prom dreams by providing custom-made dresses they couldn’t otherwise afford.
The Family Abuse Center hosted Dancing with the Waco Stars last Thursday night. This is a yearly charity event that is used to help raise awareness and support people who are affected by domestic violence.

Victorian’s Barbecue is located 15 minutes outside of Waco in Mart, Texas. Founder Joey Victorian shares that his passion for cooking began in Louisiana, where he cooked daily with his mother. Her love for cooking greatly influenced his passion in owning his own restaurant.

A monthly Neighbor Nights event that highlights different cultures and creates a space for students from diverse cultural backgrounds and Christian faiths to come together.
Baylor University began rolling out digital IDs in the spring of 2023. Now the university is transitioning away from physical cards altogether. This year, the incoming freshman class did not even receive a physical ID, only a digital one.
