April showers may bring May flowers, but December weather and Seasonal Affective Disorder can arrive together. For students going through finals this season, SAD poses a unique challenge.

As finals approach, students check their dwindling bank accounts to find they burned all of their dining dollars on Sushic, Chick-Fil-A and Starbucks. Those who spent it all said they wished they had saved properly throughout the semester after realizing they had nothing left. Now with a minimal budget, they seek creative ways to spend their money on food.

Baylor Baptist Student Ministry’s newly built, 12,000-square-foot facility opened Wednesday. The building sits on the corner of 4th Street and Daughtrey Avenue, on a plot Baylor donated before construction began last fall. Inside is a congregation hall, multiple meeting spaces, a prayer room, a seminar room, a hall of offices for BSM’s employees and a new location of For Keeps Coffee.

Waco’s former premier sporting venue hosted professional baseball teams, historic integration games and even the town’s first presidential visit. Its legacy, though tainted, tells the story of the town it called home.

All Are Neighbors, held in the Cashion Academic Center, drew 270 ticketed attendees, totaling 352 people, including VIP guests and speakers, nearly filling all available seats. The event was created in response to TPUSA’s presence on campus, but speakers and organizers consistently emphasized that the gathering was not merely reactive. Instead, it functioned as a faith-centered call to action, rooted in Christian teaching and expressed through civic engagement.

This, in large part, is due to his mental health’s gradual decline since his 2016 bipolar diagnosis, worsened by his refusal to take medication, which he claims would stifle his creativity. Women are the common denominators in sexual misconduct cases like these. From Hollywood to government and even to Baylor, women become more than victims of a grotesque crime — they become symbols of strength. Their names matter infinitely more than their perpetrators’ do.

Around 25 million Americans are those you might notice gripping their armrests a little tighter than others when taking off or breaking a visible sweat when turbulence takes over. For years, this fear has been laughed off because as everyone knows, flying is the safest way to get from one place to another. Unfortunately, this fear of flying has become heightened and more validated than ever within a mere matter of months.
