“Obviously, try to first pursue what you like because you want to enjoy what you’re doing,” Thakkar said. “But at the end of the day, don’t stress too much about your major because you can easily change within the business school. You’re taking the same core classes for the most part, so just go with your gut because there’s a lot of flexibility.”
“People that have been climbing for years can come and be able to learn from one another,” Robb said. “Also, we have a different set of programming than what’s available currently on campus.”
“Each one of you is a very unique individual, so you have to showcase that, whether it’s in an interview or a personal website or your social media,” Clark said. “I think ultimately, that can be the difference between you getting a job or an internship and you being passed up.”

All Are Neighbors, held in the Cashion Academic Center, drew 270 ticketed attendees, totaling 352 people, including VIP guests and speakers, nearly filling all available seats. The event was created in response to TPUSA’s presence on campus, but speakers and organizers consistently emphasized that the gathering was not merely reactive. When people think of tarot cards, most think of psychics telling the future. No one believes in what they truly do. They’re a Halloween activity that adds to the spookiness of the season. However, to people’s disbelief, they do not predict your future. The truth is nothing really can, but tarot cards can be wonderful tools that can offer you spiritual guidance when you need it, and they certainly aren’t demonic.
“If experience has told us anything in the workplace, it’s told us that businesses that don’t change or evolve simply die,” Dan Hunter, chief editor of Authority Tattoo, said. “It seems that change is coming, and that change is coming from the bottom.”

For many people, this is a difficult topic to discuss, but it is important to address it, as suicide is the second leading cause of death among 13- to 19-year-olds. This year, Baylor did not take the time to address National Suicide Prevention Week in a manner that would have been beneficial to people who may be struggling.
