After two air conditioning leaks in Russell Gymnasium that caused flood damage to equipment and the facility space, Baylor’s Fencing Club is having difficulties functioning and retaining member participation.
Baylor has enacted a change in its policy toward “expressive activities,” charging student organizations up to $3,500 for police and fire safety fees for events that qualify.
According to the Multicultural Affairs website, “The Leave Your Mark 100-level training promotes cultural humility on campus by introducing the concepts of personal identity, appreciation of differences, and understanding of microaggressions.”
Currently entering its fifth year, the Certificate in Global Engagement is giving over 400 students an official outlet to explore multicultural opportunities and become globally focused.
The Baylor Business Fellows program allows high-achieving students within the Hankamer School of Business to pursue a distinct, flexible four-year degree plan.

“Everyone believed we [were] going to win; I did, and we fought to try and get that win,” said Aranda. “Guys were playing through pain, discomfort, and all that. It’s one of the reasons for going for it. You know, we had a bunch of guys getting band-aided up, and we had a chance to kind of close it out.”
Baylor decided to try to win the game with a 2-point conversion with nine seconds remaining. The Bears fell inches short of the game-winning conversion, dropping the season opener to Auburn.

All Are Neighbors, held in the Cashion Academic Center, drew 270 ticketed attendees, totaling 352 people, including VIP guests and speakers, nearly filling all available seats. The event was created in response to TPUSA’s presence on campus, but speakers and organizers consistently emphasized that the gathering was not merely reactive. Instead, it functioned as a faith-centered call to action, rooted in Christian teaching and expressed through civic engagement.

It’s staycation weekend, which means it’s time to take a rest from two weeks of labor and scout out the Waco scene. Here are some activities to get you out, about and away from that assignment you’ve been stuck on.
Big brands have made a habit of latching onto social movements in the never-ending pursuit of profits, leaving a trail of performative messaging behind them.
It has become a trend to magnify the flaws and past mistakes of this nation, to hate this country because of what it once was (as if we have stayed stagnant or have even regressed back in time) and disregard the blessings, freedom and progression we have gained since this country’s birth.
I am not the same person I was when I was a freshman in high school, so every time I rewatch an episode, I learn new life lessons, connect to a different character and develop a better understanding of the plot.
It’s more important than ever to block out at least an hour in the evening to be away from your phone and laptop, and take the time to detox by whipping out a physical book right before you hit the sack.
It’s hard enough to go an entire semester with only one day off — there’s a reason that’s never been done before. But now we don’t even have that.
We’ll start with a question — how many Texas schools have ever made the college football playoff? None. Basketball, however, is a different story.
