I sincerely hope that for everyone going back home, this break is actually a break and not an overwhelming load of emotions and situations you hopefully didn’t have to go through this semester.

Pushing through difficult times is just as important as having the courage to say no to something, but sometimes quitting isn’t the answer. Part of the process is persevering through the hard times to get to a better time.

The Baylor Counseling Center (BUCC) hosted its annual “Hope, Peace, Love” event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday on the first floor of the Baylor Sciences Building. Students stopping by on their way to class could participate in activities like decorating cookies, creating friendship bracelets, playing games and entering giveaways for prizes at the various tables set up for the event.
