I know it can feel hopeless when you’ve been conditioned to center your life around your career, but there is a silver lining. You probably still have to work, but it doesn’t have to be your entire life. It doesn’t even have to be an important part of your life.

The Consortium for the Awareness of Rare Disorders (CARDS), a pre-health student organization, has the goal of teaching its members about rare disorders they may encounter in patients during their undergraduate training and professional careers.

The collection consists of posters made by Texas artist Dirk Fowler, a graphic designer and associate professor of art at Texas Tech University. Each of the posters is a commission Fowler received, most of which are used to advertise for concerts and is a fraction of Fowler’s overall body of work.

Three federal judges revived the prospect of tuition refunds for Baylor students whose college experience turned virtual in spring 2020 after a previous court dismissed the class action lawsuit against the university. Following the spring semester, former student Allison King filed the lawsuit in June 2020, saying she didn’t get what she paid for.

It doesn’t matter how busy you think you are. There’s always an extra hour in your schedule to try that new club or to go on a coffee date with someone you haven’t talked to before. Even little connections make a world of difference.

Museum visitors were able to step into the past and ground coffee beans and herbs, including lavender and mint, the way it was done at the end of the 19th century. In addition to hands-on activities, the village has a garden, which visitors can help tend to or plant seeds in.
