There are so many different forms of fitness and so many different avenues on how you can approach training. You can train for aesthetics, strength, endurance, cardio or even a little bit of everything.

Heavy class loads often make opportunities for free time few and far between, but it’s important to keep your body healthy, and that includes working out. Whether you pick HOTWORX, Pure Barre, Club Pilates or the McLane Student Life Center, workout classes are a great option.

Define your goal and find out which exercises work best for your body and your goals. Fitness is such an important aspect of your life, and it is equally important that you enjoy the time you spend working out.

Themed runs such as paint runs are a growing trend. On Halloween night, the Baylor community will have the opportunity to participate in a glow-in-the-dark paint run sponsored by the Fitness and Wellness departments.
“We wanted to come up with a fun way to promote fun and fitness to our students with various activities,” said Van Davis, assistant director of fitness.
