According to a press release issued by Cierra Shipley, a spokesperson for Waco PD, Odiong was arrested on July 16 by the Florida Caribbean Regional Fugitive Task Force. The arrest stemmed from a charge of possession of child pornography.

The service allows people to anonymously submit tips about unsolved crimes at the Crime Stoppers hotline or through the P3 Tips app.

Founded 12 years ago to combat human trafficking in Waco, Unbound Now has become a global nonprofit organization. Unbound executive director Kristi Hayes said it started with a small local church group that refused to let the issue go unnoticed in the community.
