His senior season was lost due to an ACL tear in early December. Though these storm clouds loomed about him, Miller found the perspective needed to rise above.

The Lady Bears walked onto the court Wednesday night wearing No. 5 T-shirts in warmups; they walked off with shirts that read, “Big 12 Champions.” Even without senior Melissa Jones on the court, her presence in the Ferrell Center was all Baylor needed as it went on to soundly defeat Missouri, 84-52.
The point guards duked it out to the final buzzer as No. 3 Baylor’s Odyssey Sims notched 37 points to get the better of senior Danielle Robinson and No. 16/15 Oklahoma 82-81 Sunday afternoon in Norman.
Oklahoma had the Lady Bears hanging on by the skin of their teeth as they overcame a six-point halftime deficit.. No. 3 Baylor was led by No. 0 freshman Odyssey Sims’ 37 points on nine of 12 three-pointers.
