For the second straight season, the Oregon Ducks ended Baylor Softball’s season, this time with a 7-4 defeat in the Women’s College World Series.
No. 15 Baylor will now have to play its way out of the loser’s bracket as the Lady Bears were beaten for the third time this season by Oklahoma 6-3 in its Women’s College World Series Opener.
This isn’t the first trip that Baylor head coach Glenn Moore is making to the Women’s College World Series, but after his team’s upset of No. 2 Arizona in the Super Regionals, this may be his toughest team.
