The first week back from spring break is always a little bit of a bummer, but here’s a list of what’s going on in Waco next week to pick the energy up for the rest of the semester.

We’re heading into the last week of classes before finals season is in full swing. Here are some activities to do in Waco to take away some of the pressure of studying for exams — and to get you out of Moody Memorial Library for an hour or two.

Stop being the Grinch of the 254. Recognize that it’s not the city’s job to give you jaw-dropping entertainment at every hour and that it’s your job to seek out activities. In the quiet moments in between, appreciate the calm pace of life. There will probably be a day when that is all you wish for.
