Jeff Withey scored a career-high 25 points and Kansas went ahead to stay during a stretch without Thomas Robinson as the seventh-ranked Jayhawks had another convincing victory over sixth-ranked Baylor, winning 68-54 Wednesday night.
No. 6 Baylor men’s basketball will take on the Kansas Jayhawks at 6 p.m. today at the Ferrell Center. Kansas is currently tied with Baylor for second place in the Big 12 standings. Both teams are currently half of a game behind Missouri.
Baylor basketball games are becoming a tough ticket to get.

If any ghosts exist from the Lady Bears’ struggles in Stillwater , Okla., the last couple years, they did not show up Sunday as Baylor overpowered Oklahoma State 84-57 on their home floor.
After staying in Waco long enough to welcome and quickly usher out No. 11/13 Oklahoma 92-70, the No. 1 Lady Bears now hit the road again to take on the Sooners’ in-state rival, Oklahoma State at 1 p.m. Sunday.
If there was any question why the Baylor Lady Bears have held the No. 1 spot for five weeks, they were all answered Wednesday night in Waco as the Lady Bears continued their winning streak of now 17 games, dominating the Oklahoma Sooners 92-70.
