What do hip-hop dancing, show tunes and comedy have in common? All of them were showcased at the third annual BUGWB’s Got Talent Wednesday night in the McCrary Music Building.

Robert Lewis, a Native American storyteller, author and artist, encouraged listeners to do what they love, treat others kindly and preserve heritage Wednesday at the Mayborn Museum.

Over weekends and holiday breaks, Pack of Hope provides food to 420 food-insecure Waco ISD students from kindergarten through eighth grade. For those looking to get involved, vice president Sue Hanson said the organization welcomes volunteers from 5:30 to 7 p.m. every Tuesday and from 7 to 8:30 a.m. every Wednesday at Columbus Avenue Baptist Church.

“To have the opportunity to serve the law school that served me is just — I struggle to even articulate what that means to me,” Counseller said. “It’s just a tremendous privilege.”
