Seniors, this survey is for you! The university’s Faith and Character Study has been measuring the value and impact of a Baylor education for the last couple of years, tracking students’ progress when they arrive at Baylor, when they graduate from Baylor and a decade later. This year, there is a new incentive for seniors to participate as well.

“I’m a firm believer, and I think many are, of [having] a good process and then [trusting] the process, and I think we have a really good process here,” Villegas said. “So I think in trusting the process, the good process that we have, I think, what will emerge are the things that people genuinely care about.”
1. Do you think those who have concealed carry licenses should be allowed to bring a concealed weapon on Baylor’s campus?
Yes: A person that has completed the required training and earned their Texas CHL has proven that he/she is a trusted and law-abiding citizen that has made a conscious decision not to be a victim and to potentially defend the defenseless.
Yes: Those who want to do harm will do harm regardless of a concealed handgun license. This would allow staff and students to protect themselves against this type of violence.

It turns out, not surprisingly, that the Baylor community has a lot to stress about. In descending order, the top things that stress us out are: Class, money, failing, finding a job or internship, politics, work, relationships, family, pets, ego, graduation and taking Lariat surveys.

When asked, 44.4 percent of you said you preferred pepperoni. Sausage lovers were 11.1 percent of the responses. Twenty two percent preferred plain cheese, and 5.6 percent preferred either vegetables or canadian bacon.
