Baylor Sing 2026 ended with a historic moment this weekend. After years of competing, Beta Upsilon Chi has officially claimed its first-ever sing title, marking a milestone for the organization.

Though a rare occurrence in this historic school tradition, some of those who have paired up in the past said they wouldn’t want it any other way.
Although the floats appear to roll down Fifth Street with ease during the homecoming parade, there is a lot that goes on behind the scenes. Over the course of months, many hours of hard work go into the construction of the floats before they are finally presented to the public on the Saturday morning of homecoming weekend.
Those attending tonight’s Student Senate meeting may want to bring their leis and cowboy hats.
At 5 p.m. in 203 Cashion Academic Center, the Baylor Student Senate will vote on two bills concerning funding for Pi Beta Phi’s All-University Howdy and Beta Upsilon Chi’s (BYX) Island Party.
Baylor Greek Life has changed substantially since its early days, with national affiliations providing opportunities for networking and growth.
