Baylor women’s tennis breezed past BYU Friday at the ITA Kickoff Weekend in Austin, 4-1, to advance to the championship round against No. 12 Texas.
“I think it’s definitely a lesson learned. We maybe didn’t do so well for this game, so we just took it to the next game and went here and out,” Littlepage-Buggs said. “We do have these next couple games coming up, and we are probably going to get really detailed about what things we could’ve done better and how to, because they have somebody tall, move with them and move the ball and where we could score at.”

No. 5 Baylor women’s basketball grinded out a 65-58 victory against Oklahoma Stata University Wednesday night despite six different players turning the ball over three times each.
No. 7 Baylor women’s basketball swept their series with Texas Christian University, defeating the Horned Frogs 78-59 Saturday afternoon at Schollmaier Arena in Fort Worth.
While both Baylor men’s basketball and women’s basketball are ranked No. 7 and are gearing up to play conference rival Texas Christian University on Saturday, their mindsets going into the contests couldn’t be more different.
Equestrian
Baylor, along with two other schools, united the movement to rename the sport formerly known as competitive cheer. Acrobatics and tumbling is currently supported by six inaugural members in its bid for recognition by the NCAA as an emerging sport.
