Over spring break, Baylor men’s tennis played four sets of games winning three of four matches against USC, UCLA, California and Illinois.
The Baylor women’s tennis team played three matches over the break, losing two of three against No. 3 UCLA, No. 10 USC and No. 15 Miami.
The No. 8 Baylor men’s tennis team fell to No. 10 Virginia 6-1 on Saturday. No. 18 women’s tennis had better luck, opening Big 12 Conference play with a 6-1 victory over No. 28 Texas Tech at the Hawkins Indoor Tennis Center.

In the 2023 season, Major League Baseball officials added the pitch clock to aid the speed of the game. After the season and now into 2024, I’ve seen that the pitch clock has been very useful and has accelerated the pace of the game.
