Overall, if you choose to see one indie or non-blockbuster movie this season, “C’mon C’mon” is a must-watch. It’s one of those rare films that you have to see before you die that will leave you both emotionally drained and filled with profoundness.

When I first heard about Rollin’ n Bowlin’, I expected it to be just like all the other cutesy smoothie bowl places around Waco. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the prices and variety of items available — so surprised that I went twice in one week (and I’ll do it again).

“There are so many people in the LGBTQ+ community in Waco who might feel like they’re alone,” master of ceremonies, Nokima Shroom said. “These are events and places and spaces to let them know that they’re not.”

Austin City Limits is one of Texas’ most famous music festivals. After getting canceled in 2020 due to COVID-19, people came from close, far and in between to be back at Zilker Park for a weekend of fun, music and food.
“I’m really looking forward to seeing our grounds full of smiling faces again,” Chavra Ingram, HOT vice president of marketing and sponsorship development, said. “We missed everybody last year and we are just so excited to be open and have everybody come back this year.”
