Senior apparel design and product development majors showcased their work at the annual runway show and luncheon Thursday afternoon to commemorate their time at Baylor coming to a close. Hosted by Baylor Round Table, the event gave aspiring fashion designers and models a taste of the industry while highlighting students’ work.

Following the addition of a new baby orangutan to the primate family, the Cameron Park Zoo hosted its annual Cardiac Clinic, inviting primate specialists from zoos across the world to observe the groundbreaking training and technologies it has implemented to increase the longevity and quality of its primates’ lives.
This March, Cameron Park Zoo introduced four new camels and two new ostriches to the zoo community. The staff hopes to encourage hands-on care and compassion for these animals to inspire a heart for conservation and animal activism in younger generations of zoo-goers.
Baylor is welcoming the country music legend and alumnus to return for the first time in over 70 years this May. The announcement has sparked excitement across campus, with students eager to see the country music legend in person.
Baylor students set out to tackle one of the deadliest issues in college campuses across the country: accidental drug overdose. Cypress sophomore Avery Brunkhorst and Frisco junior Mikehla Gibbons founded a Waco Chapter of the national nonprofit End Overdose to do their part in fighting the epidemic.
