Campus life can get busy, but students have more than one way to unwind outside the classroom. Group fitness classes offered through campus recreation give students, faculty and staff the chance to step away from coursework and daily responsibilities while focusing on movement and wellness. Classes include options like F45, Bear Cycle and yoga, with sessions offered throughout the week.

The FitPass might feel like just another Baylor money-grab, but behind the price tag are student instructors who give their time, energy and passion to keep campus active.
Baylor FitWell launched the Punch Pass on Sept. 9 as a way to draw more students into being active through fitness classes.
According to Chappell, F45 is a place where people work out in a class environment, seeing the same faces every day. Members are able to motivate and work alongside each other, rather than going to a regular gym where they wait in line for equipment without meeting any of the people around them.
Every time I have come home within the past few months, there has been someone who asks me how my time at Baylor has been. I am able to tell them that it’s amazing every time, and there isn’t even a hesitation or a stretch from the truth.
