An armed robbery occurred at around 8:10 a.m. Wednesday at the La Mirage apartments, close to Baylor campus. The victim in the robbery was not injured and is not a Baylor student.

Baylor and Waco Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred at 8:10 a.m. today at the La Mirage Apartments, 909 Baylor Ave. The suspect in the robbery was last seen on Baylor Avenue headed west toward 10th Street. The suspect is described as a black male, 5’ 8”, in his mid-20s with a goatee beard/mustache and was seen wearing a black/gray jacket and blue jeans.
