Yes, you can make resolutions and goals for the new year, but sticking to them is another thing. Be honest with yourself and look at attainable goals for the upcoming season.
Even amid all the allure of starting fresh, you still can’t help but wonder, “Where’s the magic that actually makes Jan. 1 any different than Dec. 31?” Does the new year serve as motivation to change bad habits, or is it just an excuse to prolong them until the beginning of the next year?
Does a balanced life really mean a happier or better life? Especially in college when it seems that the to-do lists never end, there are reasons and ways to stay connected with friends, do well in school and not go crazy.
