Musician and Shady Dale, Ga., junior Ethan Lynch didn’t grow up in a musical family. Instead, he spent his childhood on his family’s multi-generational cattle farm, working alongside his two brothers from an early age.
Since welcoming a new rally mascot into the dugout, Baylor baseball hasn’t lost at Baylor Ballpark and will have a chance to keep that streak going with playoff hopes on the line as it opens a seven-game homestand against Arizona State at 6:30 p.m. Friday.

In 2014 10 years ago the average rent in Waco was $600-$750 and the cost of groceries was $40-$70 on average for one person a week, which means students living off campus would spend around $1,050 on groceries and rent a month. These numbers have only risen since then.
Instead of keeping with the trend of angrier and lonelier Americans, Brooks provided a guide to become an illuminator. In Brooks’ terms, illuminators are those people with a visible excitement to get to know and befriend someone.
Covid-19
“Since July 1st, Baylor’s campus has had nine positives out of 48 tests,” Stern said. “And in the last month alone, we have had seven positives out of 29 tests, which is almost a 25% positivity rate.”

MSPL follows the model “Pray, Stay, Raise and Go” when facing disasters, according to Sarah Walker, BearAid senior coordinator for service. Directly following the disaster, BearAid stays in Waco, allowing first responders to do their jobs and praying for those affected. Now, BearAid and MSPL are in the raise phase.
