A new LGBTQ student organization has emerged on campus in the School of Social Work. The Queer Student Alliance will function as a support group and an advocacy group.

The Baylor counseling center held the Hope, Peace, Love event near the SUB on Thursday, to provide students with mental health awareness resources and self-care kits.

The department of interior design hopes to raise $60,000 for new carpets and restored representation of the department’s prowess.

“We have a lot of young people today who struggle with despair, and I hope people feel understood and less alone when they read The Gravity of Joy.”
