The university’s acceptance rate has followed an overall downward trend for the past several years, according to Mary Herridge, associate vice president for enrollment management.
“If you are concerned about or are experiencing the impacts of the prescription medication shortage, speak with your doctors,” Nguyen said. “Being in college can be an overwhelming experience; my suggestion is to discuss strategies that can help prioritize self-care and that can help minimize stressors without the use of medication, if possible.”
When first entering Baylor as a freshman, Richa Sirohi, winner of the Young Alumna of the Year 2023 Award, set out an original career plan and prospective goals that she wanted to accomplish.
Baylor’s Student Government has begun the spring semester ready to dedicate its time and work to improve the student experience, hoping to implement new policies, work on campus renovations and bring more accessibility awareness.
