This is so important to understand: I’m not arguing for you not to get vaccinated, as I am vaccinated of my own free will. But I am saying that the time has come for the vaccinated to stand with their fellow unvaccinated citizens in support of their medical freedom.

Last year’s flu season was milder than usual thanks to social distancing and mask mandates in place against COVID-19. Considering that we pay around $60,000 a year to go to Baylor, you would think the Wi-Fi would be a little better. You would think Baylor would at least make sure its students have a stable Wi-Fi connection to get work done, especially considering how prevalent online classes have been for the past year and a half because of COVID-19. Good Wi-Fi is a necessity in college, and Baylor can’t even give that to us.

Taking fewer credit hours can allow you to get more involved and have different opportunities that you can’t always receive inside the classroom.

The new Telehealth service announced by the Baylor Counseling Center (BUCC) a few weeks ago has officially launched. The service, called Baylor Teleheath by Academic Live Care, is free to all students, providing students with quick and flexible scheduling options for online therapy appointments and allowing students who are not on Baylor’s campus to receive care. With the largest freshman class in the school’s history, adjustments need to be made on campus to meet the demands of more students. When it comes to sustainability, energy and water usage have shifted to higher rates this semester.
