Demarcus Rayshaud O’Neal, 28, was arrested Wednesday and charged with indecent exposure to a female Baylor student back in November. According to Waco Police Department spokesman, Sgt. W. In the fall of 1999, Ornelas famously donated a $13 million endowment to Baylor University’s Nursing School. To honor the generous donor, Baylor’s Nursing School was renamed to the Louise Herrington School of Nursing.
