While some Baylor students will whisk away to Cancún or Greece over spring break, most are stuck looking at their bank accounts and wondering how many fast-food charges is too many. It can be difficult to find places to visit without spending upward of a grand, so here are a few ideas that will save you from FOMO without breaking the bank.

“It’s not people just going on a trip for a week and just being like, ‘OK, we’re going to go and serve, and then I’m going to go back to how I live my life at Baylor,’” Hatchel said. “My prayer for myself and for our team is … we would just grow in training the gospel … and the Holy Spirit would move at Baylor even before Beach Reach.”
Only 20% of colleges across the U.S. have the same 2023 spring break dates as Baylor, with the remaining 80% having their break planned for later.

Although Antioch has traveled to Edinburg for the Awaken trip for over 10 years, this is the first time it will return since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. Over 100 students will be making a six-hour drive on charter buses on Mar. 4.
