Baylor soccer is gearing up for its final regular season match against Iowa State with a spot in the Big 12 Soccer Championship on the line. Kickoff against the Cyclones is scheduled for 6 p.m. Friday at the Cyclone Sports Complex in Ames.

In the first afternoon match of the season, as temperatures neared triple digits, Baylor soccer secured its first win of conference play and broke a four-game winless streak against Houston, 4-0, Sunday at Betty Lou Mays Field.

Despite trailing at halftime, Baylor soccer managed to bring it back and take down SMU 2-1 Thursday night in Dallas at Washburne Stadium, thanks to another game-winning goal from junior forward Tyler Isgrig.
