President Ken Starr will be speaking on service within the community at Caritas of Waco’s largest annual fundraiser, Feast of Caring, on Thursday.

Many children think they will grow up to change the world one day, but only a select few actually do. By age 11, Daniella Romero, a 2010 Baylor alumna with a bachelor’s degree in international studies and a native Mexican, knew she wanted to be involved in world affairs.

Several administrative changes were announced Friday by Dr. Elizabeth Davis, executive vice president and provost, including the appointment of a new vice provost for undergraduate education and a national search for a new director of the Center for International Education.

The negative portrayal of women in rap music was the topic of a recent study conducted by a Baylor assistant professor of journalism.

Baylor University began rolling out digital IDs in the spring of 2023. Now the university is transitioning away from physical cards altogether. This year, the incoming freshman class did not even receive a physical ID, only a digital one.
