Worship, messages and praise will all come together Monday night. Baylor quarterback Bryce Petty will be joined by singer/songwriter Matt Wertz and speakers Joe White and Dave Barnes at 8 p.m. Monday in the Ferrell Center with After Dark, locally known as Crossroads. The event is sponsored by Baylor Athletics and Spiritual Life.

Texans only have a few more days to sign up for health insurance under the Affordable Care Act. March 31 marks the deadline, as stated on HealthCare.gov. Diversity in medical needs and income levels complicates President Barack Obama’s goal of ensuring affordable health care to all Americans.

“We want to know that the companies coming here have hired our students before, because I don’t want a company showing up that’s just here to check the box,” Rylander said. “I want them to come and actually hire our students. So if they have history hiring our students, they get on the list to get invited. It’s a privilege for companies to be here.”

Excluding Baylor’s 2021 Big 12 Championship run, when the team went 6-0 at home against Big 12 teams, the Bears are 7-14 against Power Four schools at McLane Stadium under head coach Dave Aranda. With Saturday’s win over the Wildcats, the Bears are now 2-6 at home in games decided by one score since 2022.
