Armstrong and the Timbuk fitness team premiered their first workout DVD “Timbuk Fitness” at a conference in Chicago, but Armstrong said none of this would have been possible without the guidance and insight from her Baylor professors.
Baylor students will once again step out into the community by participating the 28th annual Steppin’ Out.
Started in 1985 at Baylor, Steppin’ Out is a service event that provides Baylor students with opportunities to serve the community.

Texas voters turned out in historic numbers Tuesday, delivering victories for State Rep. James Talarico and forcing a runoff between Attorney General Ken Paxton and incumbent Sen. John Cornyn in the state’s U.S. Senate contest that claimed national attention. The total early-voting turnout of more than 2.5 million marks the highest ever for a midterm primary election. The results also kicked off the 2026 midterm cycle.
