NBC News officials would not say whether their top on-air personality would face disciplinary action. The “Nightly News” anchor for just over a decade, Williams had become an online punching bag overnight.
Student Court will hear proceedings on the first case of the semester on Feb. 16. Roswell, N.M junior Cody Coll, chief justice, and Texarkana, Ark. junior Daniel Pellegrin, deputy chief justice, will attend the hearings along with the other seven justices and the three individuals involved in the case.

John Cornyn in the state’s U.S. Senate contest that claimed national attention. The total early-voting turnout of more than 2.5 million marks the highest ever for a midterm primary election. The results also kicked off the 2026 midterm cycle.
