According to the Student Body Constitution, the court’s jurisdiction extends to conflicts arising between students v. organizations, students v. students and organizations v. organizations. There was no dispute between the Lariat, the justices or the parties involved in McCahill, Hardy v. Kinghorn at the time the order was issued.
