Juniors with a 3.05 GPA or above will receive an email with information on how to join Mortar Board. Applications will be due on March 14, said Boerne senior and Laurel chapter Mortar Board president Anya Maltsberger. Mortar Board was founded in 1918 as an all-women’s honors society. Waco police responded to the first report at 4:24 a.m. on Saturday morning. The suspect entered the apartment and was in the living room, Sgt. W. Patrick Swanton said. The residents woke up to find the suspect still in their apartment, Swanton said. The suspect left the Domain apartment, located at 2825 S. Urban REAP will feature an aquaponics greenhouse, solar array, rainwater catchment and purification system, commercial composting system and a training center for school groups. The Urban REAP project is largely funded by the Green Mountain Energy Sun Club, although there are other donors, said Jimmy Dorrell, executive director of Mission Waco.
