The event series began on national “Coffee with a Cop” day last year and has become a community favorite. Over the last 11 years, the Osgood Center has trained students from around the world in Model United Nations and Model Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation. Labeled “social innovation labs,” the classes are part of the Baylor Social Innovation Collaborative (BAY-SIC) initiative to develop deeper levels of problem solving through working with others and thinking differently. The course will be offered again in fall of 2018. Preview events give prospective students the opportunity to visit campus and see how they could fit into the program. Diana R. Garland School of Social Work held a preview day Friday at the School of Social Work downtown.
