Defensive linemen Siaki “Apu” Ika, Gabe Hall and Jaxon Player merge together on the line of scrimmage to create quite the trio for opposing offensive coordinators to deal with. Each head has a unique role, but joined, they serve to wreak havoc for opposing offenses.

Baylor football no longer embodies “take three” with Joey McGuire gone. This fall, they introduced a new mantra, “robbers and jackers.”
Baylor students were able to meet athletes and get autographs from their favorite players in the annual Meet the Bears event.
While Baylor football battles it out on the field week after week, certain people and programs behind the scenes carry on Baylor traditions and create the well-known atmosphere of excitement at McLane Stadium.
Dillion Doyle has stepped into a bigger leadership role on the Baylor defense. He looks to continue the Bears’ success from last season, leading as a mentor and teacher.
Despite their historical season last year, Baylor football looks to build on that rather than lay in it.
With Blake Shapen taking over as quarterback, all eyes are on him following a big season for the program.
No. 12 Oklahoma (5-0) vs. Texas (3-2)
Since junior quarterback Blake Bell took over as starter, he has thrown for 797 yards, 70.4 percent accuracy and six touchdowns over three games. The Sooners are 3-0 in that span, including an impressive victory over No. 22 Notre Dame in South Bend. OU is sixth in the country in scoring defense and ninth in total yardage defense.
Kansas (2-1) vs. No. 20 Texas Tech (4-0)
Kansas head coach Charlie Weis has hardly anything to work with in Lawrence. Kansas may be 2-1, but two wins are against Louisiana Tech and FCS opponent South Dakota, both at home.
Texas Tech has been one of the more surprising teams so far this season. A rebuilding process was expected after former Tech quarterback Kliff Kingsbury took over as head coach in Lubbock. The Red Raiders rank third in the nation in passing yards with 408.5 a game.
