Overall, the fifth season of the Crown is decent, but as a committed viewer of the show, betrays and disrespects its core concept of the Queen for the flashy, gaudy drama between the Prince and Princess of Wales.

If nothing changes or goes downhill, I think “Chainsaw Man,” in all its crazy, gory and emotional wonderfulness, will become most people’s favorite anime of the year, if not all time.
It really is only a matter of time before marijuana is legalized in America anyway. According to a recent poll done by POLITICO and Morning Consult, almost two-thirds of voters supported President Biden’s pardoning of nonviolent marijuana offenders.
Using audiobooks was just the same kind of reading as doing so visually. After all, audiobooks are a valuable resource for those who are blind or perhaps for people who learn better audibly than visually.
The first two episodes of “The Rings of Power” are a mixed bag. The visuals are amazing, but that does not excuse bad acting and writing from establishing compelling main characters.
The story isn’t groundbreaking but does its job to be a great, action-packed adventure, with plenty of main and side missions to complete around the city to round out gamers’ time and money.
“House of the Dragon’s” first episode felt like the first move in a game of chess. It’s the opening move so it’s too soon to tell, but it has all the makings of being another great hit for HBO MAX.
The first week of college, whether you are a first-year student or a graduate student, can be very stressful. Many students might like to spend this first week back connecting with friends, exploring the town or going to parties, which is all well and good. But what do these activities and parties really contribute to your life? You can make more friends and decompress before the year begins, but wouldn’t you rather save yourself yearlong stress by sacrificing a week of your time and effort?
“If it sparks your interest, but you’re not sure if you would like to try it out or not, I would say try it out, because there’s no better place than to learn something new with Outdoor Adventure,” Heinecke said. “Everyone knows what they’re doing. You’ll make friends and really strong bonds.”
The show went out with a bang, like any good crime drama, and I don’t regret a second of my time watching it.
With uniquely portrayed sci-fi elements giving way to much deeper themes of mental health and healing, alongside amazing acting and show work, let’s hope Netflix doesn’t continue on its weird streak of canceling great original shows in the face of its recent subscriber loss.
A limited series about how a sexually related scandal affects all involved, “Anatomy of a Scandal” truly is its namesake, burrowing into the psychological and physical effects the scandal has on those involved.
Think about it: When you vote for a candidate, do you vote for someone who you believe is totally qualified and whose policies you 100% agree with? Or do you vote for your friend, the friend of a friend, a fraternity or sorority sibling or, just in general, someone on campus who is well liked or well known?
Please hear me out: Get a free trial or pay for one month of Apple TV+, because this show has been the best show of the year so far. With a season two already confirmed, it would be criminal to miss out on such a gem of streaming television.
While I do not judge and only share happiness for those who choose to pursue relationships or marriages more early on in their lives, to me it seems counterproductive to add yet another factor of attention to an already busy and stressful college world.
It balances each amazing film quality with perfect execution. “Jujutsu Kaisen 0” has already cemented its place as one of the best anime films of the year in my mind.
Unfortunately, that turned out to be untrue, as the final episode gave way to what can only be described as an epic April Fools’ Day prank, as a recent third part of the final season of the popular anime has been announced.
I have become a master of compartmentalizing my personality. Charming and humorous to some, calm, quiet and reserved to many others — I must seem like a completely different person to several different groups. This is because I have discovered that different parts of myself work better in different situations.
The movie was very predictable, and despite the acting and comedy, it could not redeem itself.
The hit HBO show “Euphoria” by Sam Levinson has reached heights of popularity and influence that made pop culture waves online.
An honest review of Steven Spielberg’s remake of a classic musical and film, “West Side Story.”
Clay honestly reviews the Venus and Serena Williams biopic centered around their father and coach, Richard Williams.
Clay honestly reviews the first season of the newest HBO Max period drama from the creator of “Downton Abbey.”
By leaning heavily on a well-known cast rather than quality acting and making shot-in-the-dark satirization of today’s culture, “Don’t Look Up” tells the viewer what they should do. More than likely, don’t look this film up.
Ultimately, I have to say “Dune” is a mixed bag. I think audiences wanted to get over the failure of David Lynch’s “Dune” adaptation in 1984 and by comparison the film is seen as a masterpiece.
Reviewing the only international film nominated for best picture in 2022, “Drive My Car.”
An honest review of actor Kenneth Branagh’s film based on true events from his own childhood in Belfast, Ireland during the 1960s.
Without giving too much away, the film’s writing and acting work so well to tie the film together at the end in an emotional and overwhelming final act.
“Nightmare Alley” presents to viewers how dark the American dream can be. Through the wonderful set pieces, cinematography and brilliant acting, the film tells an incredibly dark tale that more than qualifies it to be nominated for best picture.
Overall, I think Elden Ring has the potential to be the game of the year. It has a large yet masterfully created world, filled to the brim with activity, tons of customization, a brilliant combat system with fun enemies and even more exhilarating bosses.
